Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

I'd advise against the cardboard trays as they tend to absorb urine. Opting for the plastic reusable tray is a better choice. Regarding the litter, the blue crystals provided are decent but don't last as long as expected, especially for cats that urinate frequently. I've found pretty litter to be more absorbent and effective in odor control. Regular clean-up is still necessary, and litter mats can help minimize tracking. Overall, the maintenance is much simpler compared to traditional clay litter, and using pretty litter doesn't leave an unpleasant smell in the vacuum.
